The RecipSys 200 is a compact monitoring system for reciprocating compressors. It delivers accurate real-time data of rider band wear, eliminating the need for periodic production shutdowns for manual inspections. The transmitter-based system is affordable and extends the range of compressors which can be monitored.

The system is scalable to any cylinder configuration, compatible with any sensor brand, and integrates easily with any existing monitoring infrastructure. It filters displacement signals at the correct phase angle and uses triggered measurements to ensure accuracy across compressors with fixed or variable RPM. With a compact technical footprint, it operates as a fully independent solution and includes two standard 4–20 mA analog outputs for seamless integration into any monitoring suite.
