Company Announcements Regarding COVID-19

6th April 2019

Since our last update, you will obviously be aware of the recent directives put in place restricting non-essential movement from Tuesday 24th March 2020 for a minimum period of 3 weeks. To comply with these new guidelines, we have deployed 80% of staff to work from home.

Due to our robust IT infrastructure and the wonders of modern technology, we are able to still communicate effetely as a business.

This will allow for seamless technical support, projects to continue to be delivered on schedule and allow our workshop to manufacture, repair & overhaul while maintaining government guidelines on social distancing.

We have taken steps in our workshop to ensure standards of social distancing and hygiene are being adhered to. We are also working with supplies to ensure our deliveries are on time and will not affect production.

Unprecedented times call for unprecedented measures.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, the health and safety of everyone in our communities including families, colleagues, customers and vendors remain the highest priority. We wanted to let you know that from the customer experience standpoint, it is business as usual. We have a variety of technologies in place to ensure that we can continue to offer uninterrupted service despite what might be happening in the world around us.

We have deployed a large portion of our staff remotely to allow them to work from home and minimise operational interruptions. This will allow us to be responsive to not only customer needs, but to the direct needs of our employees that may be impacted by self-quarantine, travel, childcare, or any other pandemic related necessities.

We respect the pandemic policies and procedures implemented by our customers and suppliers and endeavour to meet your needs utilising available technologies.

If there are any questions, we encourage you to get in touch with us via email at covid19@tcluk.net.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Boulton-Briggs
